One of my guiding principles is definitely “Life is beautiful” that doesn’t mean I don’t have both feet on the ground, I do, but I love life, with all its sunny and shady sides. I am a doer, like to get to the bottom of things, have a strong “can do” attitude, don’t give up easily and have a good sense of humor.

Before my vocation to Ayurveda I was working in a commercial environment for several years, 18 years of which I worked as a federally certified HR specialist. I enjoyed this job very much and had there the opportunity to work intensively with different people.

Through yoga, my path led me to Ayurveda, I then completed the training Heilpraktikerin Ayurveda medicine step by step from 2016 to 2021. Since 2017 I already offer manual therapies (mainly massages).
